It is the mission of Blue H.E.L.P. to reduce mental health stigma through education, advocate for benefits for those suffering from post-traumatic stress, acknowledge the service and sacrifice of law enforcement officers we lost to suicide, support families after a suicide and to bring awareness to suicide and mental health issues.

Nassau County Crisis HotLine
The Mobile Crisis team consists of licensed professional social workers and nurses who are specially trained to help individuals, and their families, with mental health problems.
If you or a family member is experiencing a mental health crisis call the Team. Social workers and nurses travel to homes, schools, work-sites and other locations in Nassau County.
The Team responds in the same day and provides supportive crisis intervention for children and adults who are experiencing an emotional disturbance, interpersonal crisis or psychiatric emergency.

Zucker Hillside Adult Behavioral Health Crisis Center
The Crisis Center provides walk-in evaluation and treatment to assist patients in their recovery from a wide range of psychiatric conditions and emotional issues. Services include crisis psychotherapy, evidence-based screening assessments, diagnostic evaluations, short-term treatment, medication management and referral, and linkage to follow-up care. Most major insurances are accepted.
